How to find the secret address in Google Calendar
  1. Open Google Calendar on a computer.
  2. Click Settings, then click your calendar.
  3. Open Integrate calendar.
  4. Copy the Secret address in iCal format.
  5. Paste it in the box above.

Keep this address private. Anyone with it can read your calendar.

Do I need an account?

No. You fill in one form. We email you a link to manage your page. Your guests need no account too.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The page is free, and there is no limit on bookings per day.

How do guests book a time?

They open your link and see your free times. They choose one, write their name and email, and book. Both of you get an email with a calendar file.

Which time zone do guests see?

Their own. Book finds it from their browser. They can choose another zone from a list.

Can Book read my calendar?

Yes, if you give it the secret iCal address of your calendar. Book reads the busy times and hides them from guests. It never changes your calendar.

Can guests pay?

Book takes no payments. You can add a pay link, for example from PayPal or Stripe. Guests see it after they book.

How do I change or delete my page?

Open the manage link from your email. If you lost it, use the form on this page to get a new link.

What do you store?

Your page settings and the bookings of your guests. Book deletes a booking 30 days after its time. Read more about privacy.
